University of Arizona Global Campus Assessment Coordinator in San Diego, California
The Assessment Coordinator position is a full-time role at the University of Arizona Global Campus. The Assessment Coordinator provides data entry support for annual assessment plans, assessment reporting, course assignment and rubric creation, program review and collaborates with institutional effectiveness staff on research projects. The Assessment Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of Program Review.
Essential Job Duties:
Work closely with the Assessment Specialists to enter assessment and learning outcomes data and mapping.
Assist with data entry for annual assessment plans, accreditation-related documentation, and program review.
Prepare templates, reports, and other related documents using prescribed style and formatting guides, including tables, charts, and graphs.
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Complete assigned duties in a timely manner, without delay, and by the end of the work day whenever possible.
Support the Office of Assessment and Curricular Affairs by completing other projects as assigned by the Associate Director of Program Review.
Specialty Knowledge & Subject Area Expertise
Compile and report on data collected associated with accreditation, curriculum development, curriculum evaluation, learning outcomes, and other institutional and instructional areas.
Work closely with the Assessment Specialists to coordinate data collection and statistical analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
Familiarity with database management systems
